How much do the programs and classes cost?
The programs and courses offer different options. The Immersion programs with homestay includes accommodations with meals, and Language Only programs offer classes without accommodations. The costs will differ depending on what is included. The Immersion Program begins at $699 per week, and the Language Only Program begins at $539 per week. We also have a program at Samara Beach which costs $699 per week without accommodations.

How much is the Samara Beach Program?
The cost per week: four class hours daily is $699, and six class hours daily is $949.

What does the Beach Program include?
This rate includes classes only, and does not include accommodations. You arrange your hotel or AirBnB in Samara.

We’ll teach you at your hotel or AirBnB, centrally located in Samara.

Additional Information
Are credit cards accepted?
Yes, credit cards are accepted in most stores, restaurants and hotels. VISA and MasterCard are the most widely accepted cards, and also American Express is accepted at some businesses.
Do I need a passport and visa to enter Costa Rica?
Persons holding U.S., Canadian, and E.U. passports and citizens from many other countries can stay for a maximum of 180 days without special permission or visa. Travelers entering Costa Rica need a round-trip ticket or proof of onward travel leaving Costa Rica.
How is the health care?
Costa Rica has one of the finest medical systems in the world. If needed we can recommend a bilingual doctor. There is a major full service hospital in Nicoya. The water is safe to drink. Simply use the same precautions as you do at home.
Should I buy traveler’s Insurance?
Students are recommended to purchase a traveler’s insurance policy, from a reputable company that covers medical costs, or a covered event that would cause trip cancellation should you need to cancel once your program begins.
